Please Help Out in Finding the Diagnosis and Treatment.

Medical Case Details:

The patient had severe right side pain with shaking, vomiting, and urine dripping. The patient consulted a doctor and was given Bactrim and Flagyl, a week course, and Diflucan for 3 days. The symptoms improved but returned after 7 days. Dr repeated both antibiotics for another 7 days along with Amantadine added. The patient had an allergic reaction to Amantadine. The patient had severe itching, fever, and crawling that occurred all over the body, and the right side pain has got worse. The doctor gave Levaquine 750 mg for 7 days. The pain got much better but never really went away. The patient was then given AMOX 875 mg for five days as well, and the patient finished this now. The patient has severe vaginal burning and discomfort to sit down, urge to pee, burn, and redness down there with mild itching on the outer part. Right side pain shooting down the stomach with a dull pain still there. Please help. The patient tried cranberry juice, aloe, apple cider, etc., but nothing works. And, the patient is not sexually active.

Hello,

It seems vaginal candidiasis following antibiotic treatment. I'd suggest intravaginal treatment with antifungals.
