Medical Case Details:
60y old female present with cough and fever since one week. Generalized weakness since and decreased food intake since a week. O/E blood pressure 100/60 mmHg, temperature 99F , spo2 95% @ room air. No history of hypertension or diabetes. chest x ray showing homogeneous opacity in left lower zone and non homogeneous opacity in right mid and lower zone. Is it a viral ( covid pneumonitis) or bacterial pneumonitis??
