Dear x ray showing bilateral hilar reticulo nodular opacities with mild cardiomegaly.

Costco phrenic angles not visible in this image.

To R/O Tuberculosis or sarcoidosis or occupational lung disease. Also rule out incipient heart failure.

Corona virus infection very difficult to comment through chest x ray. But in x ray you can identify peripheral opacities, bilateral basal opacities and opacities near pleura.

Get it done ct chest to confirm diagnosis.

Dear,the reticulo-nodular opacities apart from tuberculosis may be due to some viral infection which has to be investigated further with ct chest.
