Medical Case Details:

Hello

I want to share with you the case of my patient presented with ear pain and infection around 2 weeks ago treated with chlarythromycin and anauran.

Still I found a median eardrum alteration similar to perforation. ENT here not confirmed but set as vertigo.

I've attached the video (hope you will be able to see although not good enough I know). Also attached the photo I found online similar to my case.

Thank you in advance.

Hi, thank you for asking. If the patient had history of ear discharge it could be tympanic membrane perforation. In the attached it is large central perforation and area matked is round window in the medial wall of middle ear. I am not able to open the vedio. The area you ate suspecting perforation try to see margins of perfora and if you can resend the vedio or pic of the pt case i will be able to comment. Thank you...!!
