  • Setu Bandhasana: Setu Bandhasana or bridge pose is called so because the posture resembles the form of a bridge. It is done by lying on the back, folding the knee, and slowly lifting the lower, middle, and upper back from the floor. It relieves high blood pressure and calms the brain.

  • Marjariasana: Marjariasana or cat pose is inspired by the relaxing cat stretch. It is done by taking the position like a cat, spreading the body weight evenly, and then inhaling and exhaling. During breathing, the belly area is stretched accordingly. It improves blood circulation, soothes the mind, and helps to get rid of anxiety and stress.

  • Paschimottanasana: Paschimottanasana, or two-legged forward bend, is done by getting seated and bending forward. It relieves blood pressure, improves digestion, and calms the mind.

  • Hastapadasana: Hastapadasana, or standing forward bend, is done by standing and bending forward to touch the toes. It burns belly fat and gives an overall stretch to the muscles. It can enhance positivity and induce happiness.

  • Adho Mukha Svanasana: Adho Mukha Svanasana, or downward facing dog pose, replicates a dog that bends forward. It increases blood circulation to the brain and relieves headaches, fatigue, and insomnia (sleep disorders where it gets hard to fall asleep).

  • Sirasasana: Sirasasana, the headstand pose, is the king of all yoga poses. It is an advanced yoga pose that involves balancing on the head or crown. It requires guidance from a trained yoga teacher to practice this posture. This posture can induce relaxation and reduce stress. It deepens and calms the breath.

  • Shavasana: Shavasana or corpse pose is done by taking the posture of a dead body. It is usually practiced toward the end of a yoga session to relax the body and muscles.   • Bhastrika Pranayama: Bhastrika Pranayama helps pump more oxygen through rapid inhalation and exhalation. It energizes the mind and body, removes toxins from the body, and improves the perception of the senses.

  • Nadi Shodhan Pranayama: Nadi Shodhan Pranayama is an alternate nostril breathing. It relieves stress, sharpens focus and energy, and improves breathing.
