So, as a result, it promotes weight loss and enhances overall health. But our system is made up of detoxifying organs such as the kidney, liver, and skin that hold the potency of detoxification without any help. So, a detox diet of fiber-rich foods can help accelerate the process of detoxification and to stay hydrated.

Fad diets stay in demand and fashion for their tagline of rapid weight loss in a short period. This seems appealing and worthwhile, warranting the major waistline concern among people. So, we easily get into it without knowing the other side of these diets. The low-carb-based diets, with discontinuation, can cause a revival of weight that one lost. So, following the smallest proportion of the diet regimen is essential even after the desirable size is achieved. So, one must talk to the nutritionist and follow a safe diet with certain compensatory measures for nutrition.
