Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have been working from home eight hours daily for three years, so I do not have much human interaction. I do not know if I am stressed out because of my work-from-home routine. I am unable to handle even a small office issue. I lose my temper and mind, but sometimes I behave normally. However, I am facing official difficulties. How can I control my stress? I know it is bad for my health too.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

It will be better if the day is planned properly and managed according to the schedule. I suggest a counseling session will resolve your problems. The psychologist or the counselor will help you reduce your stress levels.

Thank you.

Treatment plan

CBT (cognitive behavior therapy).

Regarding follow up

An online counseling session will help resolve the problem.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
