I work in the IT field. For three years, I have been dealing with a lot of stress. I have started to lose hair, have dark circles under my eyes, started gaining weight, and so on. When I complain about my anxiety, people instantly advise me to try yoga, practice breathing methods and meditate, but nothing has worked for me. I am convinced that only medications can relieve my tension. Could you please assist me? I need stress-relieving medication.
