Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 26-year-old male. My height is 5 ft 6 Inches, and my weight is 196 Lbs. I wanted to lose weight, so I joined a gym near my house, but I lost only 2.64 Lbs. I am not satisfied with the weight reduction rate, so I thought of taking protein supplements. Please suggest something.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
Sometimes the weight remains the same, but the body becomes toned. I suggest you eat homecooked food, exercise regularly, and take whey protein supplements.
