Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am attaching my MRI and EEG report, which was taken with a neurologist's consultation, and the prescription of the medicines by the doctors, which I have used for the last year. However, I think that I have been suffering from these symptoms since childhood, but now since the last two years, these have become more evident.

I am 20 years old and weigh 62 kilograms. I am experiencing the following symptoms.

1) Memory loss (long and short but not complete).

2) I feel like I am dreaming all the time.

3) Weakness.

4) Small sound in joints when shaking it (Not while moving).

5) Shaking of teeth but very slight.

6) Blurring in eyes which is occasional.

I take proper sleep, and I feel that the prescriptions given by doctors have made no improvements as such in me. Could you please let me know the exact disease from which I am suffering and the correct prescription medicines? I have consulted an eye specialist as I am experiencing problems in my eyes.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com

Firstly your MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) is normal. You have been prescribed some medications that are very strong for your symptoms. I suggest you consult a specialist and take the following medicines with their consent. Take Arcalion (Sulbutiamine) tablets once a day. Take Ginkgo capsule twice a day. Take Centrum (Vitamin A, D, E, B6, Zinc, and Pantothenic) capsule once a day. You will feel better with memory and weakness issues. Please conduct the following laboratory test:

1) Complete blood count.

2) Ultrasound of the abdomen.

3) Urine analysis.

4) Glucose fasting and postprandial test.

You can consult a specialist and show them the reports.

Take care.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
