Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 22 years old girl now and am having hair fall. What should I do now? And my skin is dry skin. Which is the best cream for my face and which body lotion is best for me?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

For hair fall, apply Bringharaja thailam (Bhringaraja, Amalaki, Sesame oil) or Neeli bringharaja thailam (Taila, Neeli, Bringaraja). Use your fingers to do the scalp massage with this oil. After one hour of oil-finger massage, the bath should be taken in warm water. This has to be continued weekly twice (minimum) to daily. For the hair, iron, zinc, and copper elements are important. So take foods that contain more iron, zinc, and copper. More stress and less sleep are also the reason for the hair fall. So, correct it.

For dry skin, use Aloe vera-based gel (buy from cosmetic or medical shops) and apply. Body lotions usually dry the skin. So, you may not apply body lotion or you see the lotion that contains olive oil and Almond oil. If you consume food prepared using coconut oil and apply above mentioned herbal oil on the head (hair), the skin gets oil from them, your skin will glow. The dryness is more during winter. So, drink more water and consume oily foods.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
