- Daily exercise with proper diet will help you in achieving your weight with fitness .
- You have to eat every two hours.
- You have to eat high protein rich foods.
- At early morning you have to take three to four soaked almonds or sprouts.
- At breakfast you can take two pieces of brown bread, boiled egg and two pieces of roti (flat bread) with sabji (side dish).
- You can have pineapple juice within two hours of breakfast or can take one glass of lassi.
- During lunch, you can take two cup of rice, veg curry, fish, egg or meat, chicken breast, yogurt, broccoli and salad.
- You can take fruits after the lunch.
- Try to have evening snacks with semolina, or sandwich.
- Take the dinner as like lunch also you can add paneer (cottage cheese), cheese, mushroom as veg curry.
- Try to do exercise like yoga.
- Avoid stress and alcohol.
- Drink plenty of water at least ten glasses per day.
- Eat more food at each meal by forcing.
- Before taking meal you can walk for sometimes as it help to you feel hungry.
- Sleep at least seven to eight hours per day.
- All cooking preparation should be less in spices.
If you have no other health problem and you are physically fit then you do not have to tensed about your weight. Young people always dissatisfied with their height and weight. This all are very dependent on genetics or other factor. Do not compare yourself with others by body weight or height. Always aim for strength and fitness and be satisfied and confident about your looks and also, continue with your good diet and exercise and over a period of time your body will change. I suggest you to take medicine for your gut problem. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.
