Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have suffered sudden pain from the shoulder to the chest region. The pain has been radiating through the elbow and armpit and then the upper front bones to connect the chest bone. I consulted the physician and was told that it was a frozen shoulder with poor blood circulation. How to resolve my pain. Kindly suggest.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

As you have mentioned, the shoulder pain radiates to the chest and arm, I need to know if the pain started from the neck and then to the shoulder. Is there mild pain in the neck and severe pain in the shoulder?

I suggest you follow the below-mentioned instructions.

  1. Apply Diclofenac ointment twice a day.
  2. Apply hot packs or hot compression twice a day.
  3. A few exercises can also be suggested to reduce pain and increase shoulder mobility but need proper assessment.

I hope this information will help you.

Thank you
