Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My body weight is 45 kg and my muscles are so low so I think I should take Nutrigain.

Hi,

Welcome to Icliniq.com.

Having nutritional supplements might help you temporarily but it does not have good effects on your body on a permanent basis. Instead, you start with a good diet regimen and proper muscle-strengthening exercises. Have protein-rich meals for lunch and dinner, with 500 gm of carbohydrates and fats per day. Have milk every day for breakfast and if possible at the night (warm). Strength training with weights of 1 to 2 kg, for 30 minutes is enough four times a week. Go for push-ups and core strengthening. Go for natural improvement of your health instead of artificial ones. I hope this helps you.

Thank you.
