Hello doctor,
I am 18 years old, and I have had a layer of fat around my abs for as long as I can remember. I am above average at being active, from workouts to cross country, but nothing has gotten that nasty "gut" off. Please suggest.
Thanks.
Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com.
I have read your query and understand your concern. You must follow a good diet regimen if that has not worked up. I suggest you. Start your day with a glass of milk, and go for a morning walk after half an hour of intake. Breakfast should contain oats, barley, cornflakes, or anything very light. Lunch should have no carbohydrates, less fat, and more protein content. Add green leafy vegetables, and avoid much red meat. Snacks should contain fruits or salads. Have pulses or cereals for dinner. Complete your food one to two hours before going to bed. Try some pilates moves. I hope this helps.
Regards.
