What are the reason behind low sex drive, difficulty with erections, and low ejaculate volume?

I am a 22-year-old male with a height of 5 feet 8 inches and a weight of 125 pounds. I am experiencing symptoms including low sex drive, difficulty with erections, decreased ejaculate volume, tight chronic ascended testicles with occasional discomfort during bowel movements, low FSH levels. This issue started eight years ago after I had developed a habit of vigorously rocking back and forth in a chair. A few days later, I experienced soreness in my abdomen. My sex drive had dropped by nearly 90 percent, and I began experiencing difficulty getting and maintaining erections, as well as diminished arousal. My ejaculate volume became very low and more clear, although not completely transparent. Additionally, my testicles have been consistently tight and raised since then, more than before. These symptoms have persisted until now.

Seven years ago, I underwent an ultrasound of my testicles, but no abnormalities were detected in terms of blood flow or other issues. I also underwent a hormone test, which showed that everything was within the normal range, except for low FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) levels. However, the urologist I consulted did not seem concerned about this finding. He suggested that my problem was mental and attributed the physical irritation causing the tightness and ascension of the testicles to a previous hydrocele surgery I had as a toddler, which may have been aggravated by the chair rocking incident. I am extremely distressed about this situation and uncertain about the exact cause of my sudden decline in sex drive, difficulties with erections, decreased ejaculate volume, and the ongoing issue with my testicles being tight and ascending. I am concerned that irreversible damage may have occurred.
