I want to reduce my weight, and I am doing calisthenics exercises. However, I am confused between the ketogenic and the paleo diet. What diet should I follow to achieve the best results? I weigh 85 kgs now, but my weight was 88 kgs a month ago. My height is 165 centimeters. I do not have any health issues. Please suggest a diet plan for me.

You should not follow any particular diet and eat the food you have been eating since childhood. Variations can be made in the diet, but weight management is not a one-time task.
