Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I want to reduce my weight, and I am doing calisthenics exercises. However, I am confused between the ketogenic and the paleo diet. What diet should I follow to achieve the best results? I weigh 187 lbs now, but my weight was 194 lbs a month ago. My height is 5.4 feet. I do not have any health issues. Please suggest a diet plan for me.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
You should not follow any particular diet and eat the food you have been eating since childhood. Variations can be made in the diet, but weight management is not a one-time task. It is a thing that you need to maintain always, so I suggest you do sustainable things. I suggest you eat nutritious foods and not processed ones.
