  3. What fruit diet can I take?

Please suggest a diet plan. I would also like to know a diet plan for my thyroid.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read your query and can understand your concern.

Alternative foods are mentioned below for both diabetes and thyroid.

  1. Take soaked fenugreek seed water in one glass (soak fenugreek seeds overnight and take only the water in the early morning) with a pinch of cinnamon powder.

  2. At 7:15 AM, take green tea and four pieces of almonds.

  3. Then, walk for 30 minutes, do gyming, do yoga, or skip 20 minutes, and have breakfast at 8:30 AM. Have a dal with boiled vegetable soup, two egg whites, sauteed or cooked vegetables in one bowl, and two egg whites, or egg bhurji.

  4. At 11 AM, in the midmorning, take fruits like apples, mosambi, oranges, guava, or pears.

  5. Before lunch at 1 pm, take 5 ml of apple cider vinegar mixed with one glass of water. Take 30 minutes before lunch.

  6. Take lunch at 1:30 pm with two pieces of multigrain atta roti, vegetable curry, fish or chicken curry (100 grams), or soybean curry.

  7. Take evening snacks at 5:30 p.m. Take vegetables or chicken stew (half a bowl of stew, half a cup of popcorn, or one cup of sour curd).

  8. Have dinner at 9 PM. Three days a week, take chicken or vegetable stew in one bowl (150 grams) with a salad on one plate. Take 40 grams of oats with vegetables along with one plate of salad.

Advice:

  1. Use chia seeds in any recipe.

  2. Avoid fast foods, sugary products, and chocolate ice cream.

  3. Regular exercise is a must. You can do a morning walk for 20 minutes.

  4. Monitor your sugar level regularly.

  5. Drink lots of water, eight to ten glasses a day.

  6. Do not overeat.

  7. Do not take stress.

  8. Use less oil during cooking. Try to use rice bran oil.

  9. Sleep at least eight hours.

I hope this answers your query.

Let me know if I need to assist you further.

Thank you.
