Why do I move my feet constantly and lose concentration during class?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have trouble concentrating in school and always feel the urge to move. I will start moving my legs to improve concentration. I notice this habit when I have to read because I cannot stay focused for more than a few minutes. Please help.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read the query, and I can understand your concern.

Loss of focus can happen because of physical and mental stress. Therefore, I suggest you practice exercising to clear your mind and regularly exercise to boost your concentration power.

I hope this will help you.

Thank you.
