Yes, having warm lemon water early morning has many health benefits. First of all rich in vitamin C helps to build immunity and is good for cell recovery. Lemon water as it is citrus can stimulate your colon and can relieve constipation. Squeeze some (preferably half) lemon juice into water that is warm and sip it slowly, preferably in the morning.
