Is muffled hearing reversible?

I experienced a noise-induced hearing loss incident three days ago by firing a couple of shots from a rifle without using ear plugs. I went to see a doctor. He confirmed that my eardrums were not ruptured and prescribed 20 mg of Prednisone. As of now, my hearing is still muffled, loud noises hurt my ears, and my ears are still ringing. Whenever I plug and unplug my ears, my hearing returns to normal for 5 to 10 seconds. Will this muffled hearing improve or did I ruin my ears permanently?

How to manage chronic sinusitis and severe tooth pain?

A few months ago I had a right side upper molar issue. I went to a clinic and was given an antibiotic, but it did not help. I went to the clinic after some days, and I asked for Clindamycin and still there was no result. The dentist tapped on the tooth, and there was no pain. He surmised it as chronic sinusitis. I purchased a lavage apparatus and all kinds of nasal sprays. The pain was really bad because I thought it might be a viral infection. I used Tylenol after reading how to deal with the pain. Though I know that Tylenol is not the correct drug for my pain, it worked for some time. Now I get unbearable pain (burning sensation) above the molar on both sides. I started using Tylenol many times a day. I am not addicted to it but thought of getting relieved from pain for at least six hours. Kindly advice.

Why does it bleed while removing a tonsil stone with a Qtip?

I am a 19-year-old male. I have had what I thought was persistent throat pain for over a month. Just recently, I narrowed it to just my tonsil, and a large tonsil stone came out, and it felt a little better. I tried to remove another deposit with a Q-tip, and it started to bleed. I have had no fever or other pain. I have not had sudden weight loss or a loss in appetite either. What is your opinion on this?

How to treat severe cough with breathing difficulty?

I am having this problem for more than two months. I have severe cough, the whole day I used to spit phlegm normally and suddenly dry cough starts mostly in the night. I face difficulty in breathing and less spitting of phlegm. My blood test report shows
AEC 532 cells/mL.
ESR-07 mm/hrs.
HB-15.2 g%.
TLC- 7600/cumm.
I have taken a number of medicines, but the problem remains the same again. Now what I have to do? Please suggest.
