What common symptoms can a patient experience after a wisdom tooth extraction?
Hi doctor,
I extracted my wisdom teeth ten days ago. Initially, experienced minimal pain for the first three days. Since my jaw was aching continuously, I was having difficulty chewing the food as it hurt while moving my jaws. I was also feeling feverish and lightheaded. I had pus discharge in the extracted tooth. I noticed a deep crevice in the lower left side of my jaw that filled with pus, so I visited my dentist, who said it was all healing well and the pain was likely from grinding my teeth during the night. I told her all my symptoms, and I was shocked when the dentist said nothing was wrong. I gargled my mouth with salt water before consulting her in case that might affect anything.

I have gum disease (periodontitis). I am regularly going through cleaning and scaling. One of the dentists suggested I go for bone grafting for all the teeth. Can you suggest to what extent it will be useful for me? I have attached the scan copies of my teeth. I had an extraction done for my upper left third molar five years back due to a serious infection.
