What is the reason for rashes that increase in the evening?

My 4 year old son has some kind of rashes from last week. We visited a pediatrician who suggested a dermatologist consultation. I have attached images of the rashes and the prescription. We noticed that it increases in the evenings. Every morning he wakes up with clear skin and during evenings it worsens. He had a fever for two days around the same time it started. He keeps scratching himself. The severity has reduced, but it is not completely gone.

What causes the rashes on my hands after handling iron rods?
Dear doctor,
I am a 66 year old male. No diabetes, no hypertension with normal lipid limits. I am working in a remote area where no medical facility is available. Since last week, I have a rash on my right hand with a rose circle that has several watery eruptions. It is only in the hand. The ones I have near my right thumb and its back near the nail are painful. Not much itching except for some occasional itching near the rosy area. No rash in other areas. I have taken some photos of those eruptions for your perusal. So far no fever. A local RMP advised an antibacterial ointment but it does not work much. I traveled on a motorbike as a pillion rider holding some iron rods at the back. Soon after the ride, I noticed these eruptions. I feared it is chicken pox. I wait for your advise. Regards.

After two years of facial hair removal treatment, my skin looks worse. What to do?
Hi doctor,
I used to take treatments for facial hair removal using a laser, microdermabrasion, and chemical peeling. I did these treatments before two years. My skin has become worse now. I have more dead cells in my skin, and I have darker looking skin. Even my lips have turned dark. My entire upper lip is black. I do not know the reason behind this problem. Do I have this problem due to the laser treatment or due to hormonal imbalance? I am taking medication for thyroid, which is normal now. I am taking Metformin for hormone regulation. I have facial hairs, and it grows faster. I have facial hair above the lips and chin. I use a razor to clear it. Please prescribe me ointments or creams to reduce the problem.

How can greying of hair be treated?
Hello doctor,
I am 30 years old and having hairfall problem from the past 2 to 3 years and I used Minoxidil for a year but no use and slowly it looks like my male pattern baldness is increasing. The thing is last week I had hair tonsure. I noticed a lot of grey hair has come which makes me concerned. The only mistake I did was started to hair dye from past 1 year once in 4 months to cover a few grey hairs but now they have increased like anything and I almost look like an old person. My question is: Is there any possibility to reverse this greying or at least slow down the process and also how to stop this male pattern baldness or slow it down? Please suggest any vitamin tablets or anything that could slow down the process or reverse both male pattern and grey hair problem.
