I am trying to have a baby but nothing is working out. When is the right time to conceive, either during fertile days or ovulation? I tried during fertile days, but nothing happened. Please explain. My cycle is 31 to 34 days.

Does Nexplanon cause an irregular menstrual cycle?
Hi doctor,
I had Nexplanon in for six months and had a period on it for three months straight. But, I did not get period for the last three months. I had it removed before 20 days and no period still. While on it, I would throw up and even after having it removed, I puked. Since being removed, my nipples have been super hard and sore all the time. I just feel off. Could I be pregnant? Or is it just the left over birth control? Before three months, I had a pregnancy test while on birth control and it was negative. The period I had while on it was light pink, then brown and then red. It only showed when I wiped.

Is it possible to be pregnant with negative urine HCG test?
Hello doctor,
I had unprotected sex on first day of last month and missed my period on 20th. I did a urine pregnancy test on 3rd of this month, it showed negative result. After this, I took a tablet containing Norethisterone 10 mg for five days by taking one tablet each day from third to seventh day of this month. After that, on eighth day of this month, I underwent blood HCG test which came back negative. Now, today I got a slight spotting and upon wiping brownish discharge is observed. Am I pregnant? Kindly help.

What could be the cause for delayed period?
Hello doctor,
I am one week late as of today for my menstrual period. Currently, my cycle is 38 days. I have been having protected sexual intercourse the past month, but just recently (Day 35) of my cycle, the condom of my partner leaked at the base. So I immediately took emergency contraceptive which is four birth control pills at 5 PM, then another four birth control pills at 5 AM the following morning. I started feeling the side effects, but I am worried since my period is a week late already and I just woke up at 2 AM on day 38 unable to sleep with a weird feeling in my stomach and I am extremely constipated, with tender breasts, and feel sick overall. I would like to know if my period will come soon? If there is a possibility I am pregnant, or if I am just feeling all these symptoms due to hormone imbalances? What I should do in this whole situation since I am very worried about it?
