How to cure facial scars due to cystic acne?

I am 22-year-old and I have always had perfect skin but last year I developed cystic acne and I am left with scars and big pimples on my face. They do not seem to go away even after trying everything such as vitamin A creams, lasers, etc. I use extremely good skincare products but I do not know what else to do.

What could be the cause for dry and dark lips?
Hello doctor,
My lips have been dry, and the skin is senseless and tight. I cannot smile or move them. Eating has become a problem because the corners are cracked. I am not using any products, as they only seem to make it worse. They peel off after many days, but the new skin also drys out and again becomes senseless and tight. The skin turns dark as if they are dead. What is my condition called? I am taking Vitamin B complex too. I have consulted many doctors, but any dermatologist within two hours drive has ten weeks waiting list.

I have moderate acne problems. And for the past year, I have been using acne medications morning and evening. Yet my acne problem still occurs. It gets worse. It starts to turn red and pops up. I have been doing everything right. What is the issue? Please help.

How to manage acne, blemishes, dull face, and dandruff?
Hello doctor,
I have been suffering from two major problems for the past three years. One is painful acne, scars, and blemishes; the other is sticky, oily dandruff, and hair fall for a year. The scalp flakes do not get dislodged even after shampooing. I have to dig my comb into the scalp to remove the flakes which lead to bleeding in certain areas and form crusts, and again, flakes come back in a few days. I have opted for four sessions of glycolic peels; however, there is not much difference. I also had a few sittings of Nd: YAG laser hair removal, as my doctor said that the black spots on my nose are hair. I have used tablet Isotroin 10 mg, Benzoyl Peroxide 2.5 % and Saslic DS foaming face wash for my face. For my scalp, I have used Ketoconazole lotion, Salicylic Acid lotion, Coal tar and Zinc Pirithone shampoo, corticosteroid lotions, Calcipotriol solutions, Betamethasone and Zinc Sulphate lotions, and tablets Teczine and Itraconazole. However, I stopped all medications six months ago. I have been through several treatments that made my skin dull. I keep my face and hair very clean. I shampoo my hair on alternate days, change pillow covers frequently, wash my face twice a day, and apply sunscreen when I go out. I work out every day and follow a clean diet barring oily foods. Yet my face is oily, dull, and full of blemishes and painful pimples. I want to remove my acne blemishes and revive my dull face, as I am starting to look older than my age. I also want to control oily hair and flaking. Please help me, as this is taking a toll on my confidence. Thank you.
