How can my wife get relief from painful hemorrhoid?

My wife is 28 years old. Her weight is 128 kg and height is 5 feet 3 inches. She has got a constipation problem since last 5 years and she takes Smuth for this. Since last four days, she has been getting severe pain between vagina and anus and that area is swollen. Also, her anus opening is swollen. Yesterday, she was identified to have a small hemorrhoid. The pain is very severe. Please suggest an effective tablet for the pain relief and to cure hemorrhoid. She had Zerodol-SP, Ibuprofen and Chymoral plus, but of no use. Still, she has pain. Also, she takes Himalaya Eve for PCOS and Iron supplement. 10 years ago, she had the same problem. Please provide your valuable suggestion on medication.

What leads burning sensation in stomach after stopping drug?
Hello doctor,
I have hyper burning in the stomach to chest area left side only, empty stomach burning much after taken food, cold water, fruits some relief but not full relief. Some belching also comes from the last two months, this issue from the previous 1.5 years. At present, I cannot eat hot foods, hot water, warm milk, and cannot eat spicy foods too. Anything hot tastes or drink immediate feels like heating in the stomach. Comfort zone when drink cold water, milk, cold juices, and very few times after dense food, some pain feels in the exact stomach area. The pain feels like a slow-digesting process after some time, and the pain was gone.
Last few months, I have taken the Deltone capsule for two months, then Rekool-L then Nexpro Rd now this month given me Neopride total capsules. But after skip capsules burning again start. Along with Clistar Rt tablet, two times are given, and Nutrilite multi-minerals capsules in the night. Now I do not understand only name change brand change, but every time gastro doctor gives me pills like Dexlansaproazle, Esomeprazole, and Rabeprazole. Now I do not understand what issue I have?

Is excruciating pain in the buttocks related to a cyst?
Hi doctor,
I am in excruciating pain and can hardly sit down, walk, stand, or lay without being in severe pain. The pain is coming from my left butt cheek, inwards, and more on top than where the hole is. However, I do not see anything on the skin. I do feel like something is growing underneath the surface. It hurts to pee, and I definitely cannot wipe back there. Is this a cyst or something worse? Please help.
