What could be the reason for bleeding from the 26th to the 32nd day of periods while urinating?

Hi doctor,

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend eight days after my menstruation, and it was the 13th day of my cycle. From the 26th day of my cycle until today, I am on the 32nd day and experiencing light bleeding. It only comes out when I go to the toilet, and it drips sometimes but never goes on my pad.

1. Can I ovulate on the 13th day of my cycle if my cycle is around 37 to 49 days on average?

2. Could this be implantation bleeding? Or is it ovulation bleeding?

Thank you.

Can stress, hormonal imbalances, weight fluctuations, and lifestyle changes cause irregularities in the menstrual cycle?

Hello doctor,

My period was delayed by ten days, and when it finally arrived, I only experienced a small amount of blood clotting, which I noticed on my pad. This light flow continued for a week, and I did not even need to change my pad throughout the day. I am unsure why this is happening since it is the first time I have experienced it.

Thank you.

Can ovulation test be positive due to hormonal fluctuations or irregular cycles?

Hello doctor,

I am 35 years old and currently trying to conceive for the second time. I have a 12-year-old son. I have been using the clear blue ovulation test, which showed a positive result last month with a flashing smiley face. It was positive again a week back with a static smile face. However, it turned negative five days back. Surprisingly, it has been positive again since two days back with a flashing smile face, and it has continued to show a positive result every day with a flashing smile face. I am curious why my ovulation test is positive again just a few days before my expected period. Does this indicate that I am pregnant? I also used the first response pregnancy test, but it showed a negative result. I am unsure why my ovulation test is positive again while the pregnancy test is negative.

Thank you.

How to manage gynecomastia?

Hi doctor,

I am a 25-year-old male who weighs 218 lbs and is 6 ft in height. Over the past few years, I have been dealing with fluctuations in hormones (higher prolactin, estrogen, and testosterone). After a couple of years, I ended up developing gynecomastia as diagnosed by an endocrinologist, and was referred to a plastic surgeon. My test was done to rule out Addison's disease or pituitary issues. Now my hormones have stabilized, except for a blood test done last month which shows my testosterone levels have more than halved in two years (24 to 11 nmol/l). My general practitioner says that I am still in the average range, but I feel less motivated, my sex drive has reduced significantly and I am struggling with overall mental health when usually I have no issues at all. Are these normal or should I have checked out more? To take measures in my hands, I have been trying to change my diet, and exercise and started taking supplements that increase testosterone. I am currently taking Bilastine and Bupropion. Please advise me what can I do.

Thank you.
