What are the ways to manage bronchial asthma?
Hello doctor.
I have had a problem with coughing and shortness of breath for months. It began with a cold four months ago, followed by pertussis two months ago. Now, I have constant chest pressure and coughing, along with a bloated abdomen. An X-ray revealed some lung lesions , and last week, the doctor heard a lot of wheezing with a stethoscope. He gave me antibiotics, but my cough only got worse last week. The cough is productive with clear phlegm. Otherwise, I was diagnosed with a dust mite allergy and mild asthma four years ago. What could it be now? What should I do next?
I previously had a history of lymphoma and underwent treatment with chemotherapy that included conditions like doxorubicin-Asperger syndrome, ADHD, anxiety, and panic disorder. And I was taking the following medications: Symbicort, Alavesco, Nixar, and Salbutamol.
Please help.

Hello doctor,
I am a 40-year-old female. I had a severe hit on my head last week, and I am feeling the pain often in my head region. I am feeling nauseous and feel like vomiting when I eat something. I also feel some pulsations in my head. My doubt is, will this hit cause clotting of blood in the brain, and can this turn into a tumor? Should I seek medical attention, or can I wait and see for a week? I used to hit my head right in my childhood when I got angry. But nowadays, accidentally, often I am getting hit on my head.
Kindly help.

Can anxiety induce physical symptoms?
Hi doctor,
I am a 22-year-old female. I am taking Citalopram 20 mg on the seventh day. I am diagnosed with general anxiety disorder and complex post-traumatic stress disorder. For the last few weeks, I have gathered this tense or strain-type feeling in the calf of my right leg. It will occasionally spread into my knee and thigh. While I cannot remember exactly, it seems to have appeared after I had a massive panic attack, which almost ended up with me hospitalized. While uncomfortable, it is not particularly painful. There is no redness, no swelling, no issue in movement, and no numbness. There were some pins and needles, but that has since gone. There is no discoloration, nor am I limping. It just feels tense, heavy, stiff, and uncomfortable. I have noticed if I lie down, it gets better, and if I do not concentrate on it so much, it seems to get better. It is bizarre, and I am just wondering what it could be. In terms of exercise, I use the treadmill thrice a week, but this appears to have started before that.
Please help.
Thank you.
