What could cause skin infections with itching on the wrist?

I have developed a skin infection on my right-hand wrist, and I have attached a picture for reference. This has occurred five to six times in the past. The last occurrence was triggered by tying a thread around my hand. However, the cause of the current episode is unknown to me. Previously, the doctor prescribed Clavam 625 (Amoxicillin and Clavulanic acid) after Mometasone plus Sertaconazole cream failed to provide relief. This time, I have taken seven tablets of Clavam, but the symptoms persist. The area is slightly itchy. Could you please advise why I keep experiencing this recurring skin infection?

What to do if area between thigh and abdomen is dark?

The joint area between my thigh and abdomen has become darker than the normal skin tone. The skin texture has also changed and itches a lot. When I scratch in the dry condition, flake-like particles come out of it. I am not sure whether it is a fungal infection or something else. It irritates me a lot. Please suggest a remedy.

I have some tiny red spots on my inner arms. I have had it for a few days. They are slightly raised, but not much at all, and they do not itch or hurt. I do have psoriasis on my ankle, which I have had for a few months now. I also had a UTI and took antibiotics to treat it a little more than a month ago. How to treat a severely irritated scalp?
Hello doctor,
I suffer from female pattern baldness, and I have been using Regaine (Minoxidil 5%) for almost a year. It has worked perfectly well for me, and I am happy with the results. Even my sister has been using it for the same complaint. However, now there seems to be a complication. Both sides of my head (where I apply Regaine the most) have become severely irritated to the point where dandruff flakes have built up, and I am constantly scratching. It has gotten so bad that the baby hairs I spent so long growing have fallen off, and my scalp is still damaged. What should I do? I have tried to use anti-dandruff shampoo and oil my hair every day. However, the complaint persists.
