How should adenocarcinoma of the prostate be treated?

Hello doctor,

I want to know about my dad's PSA prostate biopsy report. The report is in french language and I will translate it in English. Doctor advised him to take hormone therapy and radiation therapy. Will that work?

Biopsy report shows:

Adenocarcinoma of prostate Gleason score 6 (3+3) associated with ultra ductal carcinoma with extra prostate. Presence of numerous enlarged nerves.

I want to know its treatment and side effects. My dad is 78 years old and he has high blood pressure. He did bone metastasis and it came back negative. What is the best treatment for my dad?

How is HPV linked to cervical cancer?

Hello doctor,

I have been learning about cervical cancer and its connection to human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Can you help me understand how HPV is linked to cervical cancer and what role papillomaviruses play in this? Additionally, what preventive measures, like vaccinations or screenings, are available to reduce the risk of cervical cancer associated with HPV? I am trying to get a clearer picture of how these factors interconnect in terms of cervical health.

Thank you.

How to control the metastasis of Stage 2 prostate cancer?

Hello doctor,

My grandfather is 74 years old, he was found to have prostate cancer. The oncologist who found the cancer said that it would metastasize and spread throughout the body. I want to understand something that came across while we were searching for information. What is the role of stroma in prostate cancer, and how does it relate to the spread of the cancer? Are there any new advancements that can help control the metastasis and, ideally, remove the cancer?

Thank you.
