Later on the 7th day, she started having pain in her lower abdomen and saw a drop of blood. Is it any sign that she will be pregnant?

Hi doctor,
I had protected sex with my fiancee, but the condom leaked. She had an I-pill within two hours. It was just after her period cycle. She had spotting after a week which lasted for a day and again after 15 days. It has been 17 days now since she missed her regular period date. We took a urine pregnancy test on the 5th and 11th day of missed periods, and it was negative. Is there any chance of pregnancy? Should we consider taking medicines to avoid any possibility of the pregnancy and get her periods back? Please suggest something as she is very scared with her periods getting delayed and considering pregnancy. She never had her periods delayed before this. When can we expect her periods to come?

Should my fiancee consume a contraceptive pill in case she misses her period?
Hi doctor,
My fiancée and I had sex this weekend. It was unprotected and I ejaculated inside. We had sex during her safe days. She is expecting her periods in a day or two. Can there be any chance of delay in her periods? Can she consume a contraceptive pill within 72 hours and avoid pregnancy? Had gestational diabetes during pregnancy. How to control my sugar levels now?
Hello doctor,
I had gestational diabetes during my pregnancy. I did not take any medications. I controlled it through diet. I delivered a boy baby. Three days after the delivery, my sugar levels were checked, and they were found to be normal. Yesterday, I checked again and found my fasting blood sugar to be 88 and postprandial blood sugar at 157. Are there still any chances of my blood sugar coming to normal? I had PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and thyroid problems before pregnancy. Am I in the pre-diabetic phase? Currently, I am having mainly rice to help ease the digestion of my baby.
