I am suffering from knee pain and swelling in leg above and below the knee. Please help me to loose my weight.

According to your height, your ideal weight should be 59 kgs.You need to take water retention diet to treat swelling then take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet to loose weight fast.
Try to take small and frequent meals at regular intervals.
