I am a 24-year-old male. My weight is 52 kg, which is too low for my height (170cm). Kindly give me a good diet plan to improve my weight.

1. Early morning - Three to four soaked almonds or sprouts.

2. Breakfast - Brown bread (4 pieces), boiled egg three pieces or brown bread (4 slices), and peanut butter.

3. Midmorning - Fruit juice, especially pineapple or banana milkshake, one glass or any fruit juice

4. Lunch - Cooked rice (200 g), vegetable curry, chicken breast, and curd.

5. Evening snacks - Chicken stew or semolina porridge in one bowl.

6. . Dinner- Bread or rice 150 gm and vegetables or chicken curry.

Along with the diet, follow these instructions.

1. Do exercises like strength training or yoga.

2. Avoid stress and alcohol.

3. Take plenty of water (10 glasses a day).

4. You should eat more food at each meal by forcing.

5. Before taking a meal, you can sometimes walk as it helps you feel hungrier.

6. Sleep at least 7 to 8 hours per day.

7. You can take chocolate, cakes, snacks, butter, and cheese in between meals as snacks.
