Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
What kinds of exercise are beneficial for persons suffering from rheumatoid arthritis? My mother has rheumatoid arthritis, and I am 34 years old. Will I develop the disease? What form of exercise can help me lose weight? I am asking since I am also experiencing severe joint and body discomfort. My finger joints are really painful. Which workout will help me get rid of these symptoms? I am also vitamin D deficient. Is there any restriction on not doing particular exercises? I also experience terrible leg discomfort when I go on walks.
Kindly help.
