I have pain in my neck whenever I turn it to the left, occurring in the back left-hand side of my neck, and this has been happening for the last six months. I am currently on no medication. I am a female who is 18-years-old and is around five feet five inches tall.

Keep icing frequently over the painful area. Drink water adequately. Hydration will help relax muscles. Have proper sleep. Avoid stress. Gentle massage over your neck helps reduce stiffness and pain.
