This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 36 years old. My height is 1.48 meters, and my weight is 79 kg. My right leg feels warm, and I have excruciating pain when something cold touches my leg. The warmth is from my buttocks to my foot on the right side. I have this complaint for the first time. What can be the reason?

Kindly advise.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Nerve entrapment in your low back can cause such symptoms. I suggest you consult a neurologist to exclude neural issues and radiculopathy. Sometimes, it can get progressed into pain in later stages. However, it is completely curable. You must seek medical help to cure it at the earliest.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
