Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

The side of my left armpit hurts while doing pull-ups. This issue happened two months ago when I did a few pull-ups. I then rested for three weeks but still, it hurts while stretching.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

In your case, we need a proper assessment to rule out any internal soft tissue or muscle issues. Do you have any inflammation or redness where you are feeling pain? Apply an ice pack twice a day and rest for two days, after two days do stretching for the upper part of the body. If you feel the same pinching and pain, I suggest you to consult a nearby physiotherapist for a proper assessment to get proper treatment.

I hope this has helped you. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
