Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 16-year-old girl, 178 cm in height and weighing 70 kg. I have knee problems, and I am afraid it is an actual injury this time. It is a sharp stinging pain that comes and goes. There is a swelling that comes and goes as well. It does not leave in rest, but it gets worse while walking.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
Since when are you suffering from this knee pain? Have you done any activity like running, bending exercises, or sitting a long time on the floor by folding your legs which caused jerks? Apply Diclofenac ointment and cover it with a cloth for 10 minutes. Clean it with warm water following hot water fomentation. Repeat this twice a day, and the pain will reduce. If the pain lasts more than a week, then go for an x-ray and vitamin D3 test and follow up with reports. Avoid standing or sitting on the floor for a few days.
Thank you.
