Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Do not worry; it might be a jerk you felt at the knee joint. Rest as much as possible, apply an ice pack twice or thrice a day, and do knee stretching five times after an hour. Do not put pressure on the knee; wear a knee cap for two days if available. If you see swelling or pain, apply Diclofenac ointment and do hot water fermentation. If you feel pain or see any inflammation or discomfort, then go for an X-ray or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the knee joint and follow back with reports.

Thank you.
