Hello doctor,
I am 45 years 45-year-old male. My triglyceride value is 295, HDL ( high-density lipoprotein) 36, LDL (low-density lipoprotein) 87. Total cholesterol is 183, total cholesterol/HDL ratio is 5.01. How to reduce these levels?

You can change your food habits and follow the following routine;
At early morning: 7 a.m.: One glass lukewarm water along with a half lemon, and a pinch of cinnamon powder. At 7.15 a.m., you can have green tea along with four almonds.
Breakfast at 8.30 am: Dal with boiled vegetables along with a soup bowl and two egg whites.
Midmorning at 11 a.m.: You can have fruits such as apple, musambi, orange, guava, and pear.
Lunch at 1.30 pm: You can eat multigrain atta, two pieces of roti with vegetable curry. You can also eat fish or chicken curry, or soybean curry.
Evening snacks at 5.30 p.m.: Vegetable or chicken stew, half bowl.
Dinner at 9 p.m.: Chicken veg stew, one bowl (5 ounces), along with salad, one plate (three days in a week )
Advice:
Take plenty of vegetables and fruit
Avoid fast foods, sugary products, and chocolate ice cream.
Regular exercise is a must. (can do a morning walk for twenty minutes)
Monitor your sugar level regularly.
Drink lots of water ( 8-10 glasses per day)
Do not overeat.
Do not take stress.
Use less oil during cooking ( try to use rice bran oil )
Sleep at least eight hours.
