Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 23-year-old male, and my height is 5.4 feet. I want to increase my height to 5.7 to 5.8 feet. Please tell me how it is possible. I know there is nothing impossible in this world.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I understand your concern.
Frankly speaking, I do not think you are too short for the standards here. Height of an individual depends to a great extent on genetic factors. If your body is genetically designed to grow only up to a certain height, it is difficult to change that. You can still give a boost to your height by indulging in physical activities like skipping and playing games like basketball. The usual growing period for males is between the ages of 13 to 18. Considering your age is 23, You may not be able to make a huge difference in how tall you can grow, but you can still indulge in physical activities, which will keep you healthy. Also, eat lots of natural foods like raw vegetables, fruits, and sprouts. Try to maintain a healthy weight so that you will look lean and fit which will make you look taller. There are several products available in the market that claim to increase height. Such products are loaded with chemicals and do not really work. Do not fall for such claims. Finally, I would like to say that inner beauty is what matters the most. And beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.
I hope that helps.
Regards.
