What are the causes of unpleasant life?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My concern is nothing, yet life continues to present me with yes or no situations, the outcome of which might be described as problematic. But honestly, I have a lot to say since certain results have caused me significant harm, and as a result, I am living an unpleasant life. I need help; please listen to my troubles. I need a satisfactory solution, at the very least. It is hard to say the term satisfactory since people are never pleased; we always want more, which is wonderful, but things grow worse when one is not satisfied (at the moment, it is me). Why do I face this? Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

You seem to be having mild depressive symptoms. Here is my advice to you -

  1. Ups and downs are common in life.

  2. Learn to take it in a good way. Life has its own disappointments.

  3. You should learn the hard way in life. Your self-esteem will be boosted.

  4. Never think that only good things should happen. Whatever happens, take it lightly.

  5. Get into a new hobby.

  6. Focus on your career at present.

I suggest you take the tablet Zosert 50 mg (Sertraline) twice daily along with tablet Lorazepam 0.5 mg at night for two weeks. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with him/her, and take the medicines with their consent. You can review with me for further follow-up.

I hope this helps.

Thank you and take care.

Regards.
