Patient's Query

Hello docor,

I have been having constipation issues for some time. I know that fruits and vegetables can help this issue, but I do not like to have them as a whole. So, will consuming fruit and vegetable smoothies solve this problem? Also, suggest some medicines for the same? Kindly help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern. Fruits and vegetable consumption will help to solve the constipation problem. However, it is best when consumed as a whole rather than smoothies. But, if it is impossible for you, you can have smoothies but cannot say about the results.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
