Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am trying to quit smoking, and I have heard that lifestyle factors like diet and exercise can play a role. Can you explain how making changes in diet and incorporating exercise can support smoking cessation? Are there specific foods or workouts that might be particularly helpful in this process? I am looking for ways to enhance my efforts to quit smoking for good.
Kindly help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com
Thank you for your query.
Smoking is a very negative hooked-up habit that does not go away easily. So, you can attend various programs and events which enhance the smoke reduction process. And you can include other good habits daily like chewing fennel seeds or other homemade mouth fresheners to avoid indulging in smoking. Include yourself in more physical activities and incorporate more breathing exercises which will increase the lung capacity and reduce fatigueness and respiratory problems. Do outdoor activities and start including meditative techniques like deep breathing, slow stretches, and good thought control. Have lots of fluid intake which prevents dehydration and improves the air and food passage.
I hope this helps.
Thank you.
