I typically consume four to five cups of strong coffee daily, often extending into the evening to meet deadlines. Recently, I have been experiencing jitters, increased anxiety, and difficulty sleeping. I am wondering if these symptoms are related to my coffee consumption.
Are there long-term health risks associated with drinking this much coffee? I am also curious about the potential benefits of caffeine, as I have heard it may have protective effects against certain diseases.
