Hello doctor,

I am 32 years old and doing a desk job. I have slight lower back pain. When I consulted the doctor, he told me that my back was weak and gave me a Flexi Pep supplement. I take it regularly, but my friend told me exercises could help. What are the best exercises for strengthening the lower back?

The exercises can strengthen the lower back muscles. The following exercises help reduce lower back pain:

  1. Lower tummy strengthening.
  2. Deep abdominal strengthening.
  3. Bridge.
  4. Pelvis tilt.
  5. Lower back stretch.
  6. Leg stretch.
  7. Piriformis stretch.

These exercises can be done daily for two months, but doing these exercises regularly will avoid pain in the future.
