Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I have a dull pain in my right arm while making certain movements. During swimming, breaststroke movements produce deep dull pain. I have pain when I stretch my right arm above my head again. I have a dull pain when I have a pull on my inner arm. My head movement to the right side is painful. I can feel the pain at the back of my neck and behind my ears. I also have a tingling sensation on my right side. I also have pain in my upper right foot on my upper side while I move my toes or ankle. Sometimes, I have hip pain too. I need advice from a chiropractor. I do not take any medications or invasive treatments.
Please help.
Thank you.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
Your complaints can be managed by doing physiotherapy. Pain while doing overhead activities suggests that muscles situated above the shoulder and sides of the neck are weak. Having dull pain while doing particular overhead activities can be managed by changing habits of doing work, strengthening muscles, and performing stretching exercises in tight muscles. Pain in ankle up and down movements suggests that there is tightness in leg muscles. It can be managed by doing simple stretching exercises.
I hope that you get your answer.
Please let me know if you need any help.
Thank you.
