Hello doctor,

I am 18 years old and have PCOS, and am anorexic. Please help me with a diet of 300 calories a day to cut down my weight from 214 lbs to 84 lbs.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I would suggest taking a high-fiber, low-fat diet. I would also suggest the following:

  1. Drink plenty of water.
  2. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals.
  3. One glass of lime water on an empty stomach once you wake up.
  4. Have a glass of vegetable juice for breakfast between 8.00 AM and 10.00 AM.
  5. At 11.00 AM, have a bowl of fruit.
  6. Have vegetable soup with garlic and steamed veggies tossed with olive oil for lunch.
  7. At 4.00 PM, have one bowl of fruits and vegetables.
  8. Between 5.30 to 6.30 PM. have one bowl of sprouts and vegetables and a cup of green tea.
  9. For dinner, have mixed vegetable soup with two teaspoons of oats and some green salad.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
