Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

It could be due to peroneal strain. I suggest the following:

  1. Apply ice over the side of the leg and ankle for 15 minutes once every two hours.
  2. Take the anti-inflammatory medication prescribed to you earlier.
  3. Keep the affected area compressed using a compression bandage.
  4. Keep the leg raised while sleeping.
  5. Gentle stretching over the calf and sides of the leg.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
