Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I feel like I am hitting a new phase in life, with the whole aging thing catching up. I would like to know if there is anything that I can do, like exercise or something similar, and stay on top of things. Is there a workout routine that can help with aging gracefully? I would love to get some insights on keeping the vibe strong. Kindly help.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you very much for asking this question. Please note that aging is a permanent process, but we can keep our health stable for all ages by doing regular exercises and warmups. Regular exercises like aerobics, walking, jogging, cycling, running, skipping, and so on will help improve your strength, endurance, and flexibility of muscles around the joints. So, to prevent all the problems in the body, you need to be active as much as possible and have control over your diet. I insist you take a diet rich in vegetables and avoid eating nonvegetarian foods.
I hope you are satisfied with the answer. Feel free to get back in case of any further queries.
Thank you.
